  • What is the difference between conscious and subconscious mind?

In our daily lives we operate with two types of mind – conscious and subconscious. The conscious mind is responsible for thoughts and logic, while subconscious uses instincts and conditioning. There are two special types of instinct that deal with survival, which are known as the fight or flight response. If we believe that we have a chance of winning, we get into a fight and if not, we run away. These so-called fights can take on forms and range from actual physical confrontations to verbal fights with friends and family.
